tkjm Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and tkjm ("tkjm", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") in respect of your access to and use of the tkjm website located at tkjm.io and all associated services, products, and features offered therein (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, accessing the website, placing a bet, participating in any game, making a deposit, or requesting a withdrawal, you conclusively confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms take effect from the date you first access the tkjm platform.

These Terms should be read alongside the tkjm Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this agreement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

Use of the tkjm platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older. tkjm does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register an account or participate in any gaming or betting activity on the platform, regardless of the legal gambling age in any particular jurisdiction.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily for personal entertainment purposes and are not doing so on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the tkjm platform or had your account suspended or closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any other person.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee or director of tkjm or any of its affiliated companies.

tkjm reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension of your account and withholding of funds pending verification. Any winnings accrued by an ineligible player may be declared void and forfeited.

To access the full range of Services on the tkjm platform, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to all accounts:

• One Account Per Player: Each individual may hold only one registered account on the tkjm platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. tkjm will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify tkjm immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access or use of your account.
• Account Verification (KYC): tkjm operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a national identity card, passport, driving licence, utility bill, or bank statement. Withdrawals above ৳10,000 will require completed KYC verification before processing.
• Account Closure: tkjm reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, or use of the platform in a manner inconsistent with responsible gaming principles.

All financial transactions on the tkjm platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are credited to your account instantly upon successful processing by the relevant payment provider.
• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Availability of individual payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
• tkjm does not charge fees on deposits made via local Bangladesh mobile banking channels. Third-party fees imposed by your payment provider are your sole responsibility.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted. Any deposit found to originate from a third-party account may be reversed and the associated account suspended.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Standard withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are processed within 15 minutes during normal operating hours.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to fund your account and registered in your own name. tkjm reserves the right to request confirmation of the destination account before processing any withdrawal.
• tkjm reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification, bonus wagering requirements, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
• In cases where a deposit was made but no betting or gaming activity has taken place, tkjm reserves the right to treat the withdrawal as a reversal of deposit rather than a standard withdrawal, and to apply any relevant payment provider reversal fees.

tkjm offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, unless a specific promotion states otherwise in writing:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion's specific terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
• One Bonus Per Player: Each player is entitled to claim each promotion only once. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times — including through the use of multiple accounts — constitutes abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and potential account closure.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to players who have completed account registration and, where required, identity verification. tkjm reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotional offer at its sole discretion.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, sports betting markets, and certain slot titles may contribute at different rates. The contribution rates applicable to each promotion will be set out in the specific promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins expire within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion. Any unexpired bonus funds at the time of expiry will be forfeited automatically without notice.
• tkjm's Right to Amend: tkjm reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already claimed it, the player's existing bonus balance will be honoured subject to the applicable wagering requirements.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the tkjm platform:

• Finality of Results: All game and betting results are final once the relevant round, event, or market has been settled. tkjm will not reverse settled results except in cases of a verified technical error that materially affected the outcome.
• Technical Errors: In the event of a malfunction of the platform's software, hardware, or network infrastructure during a game round or live event, tkjm reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the players' accounts. No claim for lost winnings will be accepted in connection with a technical malfunction.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets and are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. tkjm reserves the right to amend stake limits at any time.
• Sports Betting: Pre-match and in-play sports betting markets are subject to separate sportsbook rules which supplement these Terms. In the event of a conflict, the sportsbook-specific rules will prevail for sports betting disputes. Cricket markets covering BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures are governed by the official match results as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, or equivalent).
• Live Casino: Live dealer games are operated by third-party certified providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The rules of each individual live game are governed by the provider's rules as displayed within the game interface. tkjm acts as the platform operator and is not responsible for decisions made by the live dealer in accordance with the applicable game rules.
• RNG Games: All random number generator (RNG) based games on the tkjm platform use certified RNG software that has been independently tested for randomness and fairness. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available upon request from the tkjm support team.

tkjm is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players. The following tools and policies are in place to support players who may be at risk of problem gambling:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through the responsible gaming section of their account settings. Once set, a reduction in limits takes effect immediately; an increase in limits is subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session time alerts that notify them of the duration of their current gaming session at intervals of their choosing.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, the account cannot be accessed for gaming or betting purposes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tkjm platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended pending investigation and may have their account permanently closed with all balances forfeited:

• Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or using a different identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during the account verification process.
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to interact with the platform in a manner that gives an unfair advantage or circumvents the platform's normal operation.
• Exploiting any technical error, software bug, or platform vulnerability. Players who discover a technical error must notify tkjm immediately and refrain from exploiting it. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of an error are void and will be reclaimed.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Using the tkjm platform for any money laundering activity or in connection with any criminal enterprise. tkjm reserves the right to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the software, systems, or security measures of the tkjm platform.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory conduct toward tkjm staff or other platform users.

All content on the tkjm platform, including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, data compilations, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of tkjm or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the tkjm platform without the prior written consent of tkjm.

The tkjm name, logo, and all associated branding elements are proprietary trademarks of tkjm. Unauthorised use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tkjm's aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tkjm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform, whether or not tkjm has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

tkjm does not guarantee that the platform will be available continuously or free from technical errors. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable. tkjm shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, maintenance periods, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, government actions, or telecommunications failures.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude tkjm's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

tkjm collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at tkjm.io/privacy-policy. By using the tkjm platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during the registration and verification process is used solely for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and compliance with applicable legal obligations. tkjm does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

tkjm uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the tkjm platform. All stored personal data is protected by bank-grade security infrastructure.

tkjm reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant competent courts.

tkjm makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction. Players are responsible for ensuring that their access to and use of the tkjm platform complies with all applicable local laws and regulations in their jurisdiction of residence.
